At the same time, the timing of trains reaching Doon is also delayed by 10 hours from the scheduled time.

Cold winds have increased the chill amid the dry season in the state. Due to dense fog at some places in the plains, cold day conditions are also prevailing. There is sunshine throughout the day in the mountainous areas, but shivering continues in the morning and evening. The condition of fog is such that now its effect is being seen in air service and railway service also.
Many flights were canceled, and trains delayed
Due to fog, flights coming to Dehradun are arriving late by half an hour. At the same time, the timing of trains reaching Doon has also been delayed by eight to 10 hours from the scheduled time. Flights are not being operated at Pantnagar Airport in Udham Singh Nagar for the last 20 days. Even on Tuesday, two flights from Delhi and one from Jaipur coming to Pantnagar were canceled.
Link Express arrived seven hours late
Due to fog, trains coming to Dehradun are reaching late by hours. On Tuesday, Subedarganj-Dehradun Link Express reached Dehradun with a delay of seven hours. Due to the late arrival of trains, it has become challenging to send them on time after maintenance. Due to this, passengers are facing a lot of trouble. Dense fog and cold have increased the troubles of the passengers.
Passengers have to wait for hours
Most of the trains coming to Dehradun are running behind schedule. On Tuesday, Subedarganj Dehradun Express reached seven hours late. Whereas on Monday this train reached Doon with a delay of ten hours and 18 minutes. Kota Dehradun Nanda Devi Express arrived late by two hours, and 40 minutes on 16 January. On January 15, this train was late by three hours, and 42 minutes.
Whereas Amritsar Dehradun Lahori Express arrived late by two hours, and 24 minutes on January 16 and by three hours, and three minutes on January 15. Whereas trains of Delhi and Kathgodam routes are also reaching Dehradun with a delay of half an hour.
