Dehradun, August 3: Sawan Monday in Dehradun witnessed an overwhelming turnout of devotees at Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple and several other Shiva temples across the city. From the early hours of the morning, worshippers gathered to perform Jalabhishek, offer prayers to Lord Shiva and seek blessings on the first Monday of the holy month of Sawan in the plains.
