Nagaland Violence: Martyred jawan Gautam’s body reaches village

The body of Gautam Lal of Uttarakhand, who was martyred in the violence in Nagaland recently, reached his native village Nauli on Tuesday. As soon as the body reached the dead body, the relatives were in a bad condition. The villagers were seen handling them. At the same time, a crowd gathered to pay homage to the martyr. During this, martyr Gautam remained immortal and slogans of Bharat Mata ki Jai kept on being raised. During this, MLA Vinod Kandari, former minister minister Prasad Naithani and Diwakar Bhatt were also present.

Shadi Gautam was a paratrooper in the 21st Battalion of Para Special Forces of the Army, he was martyred in Nagaland. Gautam was the youngest of five siblings. He has three sisters. There is a wave of mourning in the area after hearing the news of his martyrdom. 

Along with the family, Gautam’s friends are also saddened by his martyrdom. He tells that Gautam had promised to come in January. At the same time, relatives and local people say that they are proud of Gautam’s martyrdom. Elder brother Suresh told that Gautam had come home in May for his sister’s wedding.

After this he went on duty in June. He came home again in October. He told that a day before the operation, Gautam had told on the phone that he was going somewhere. Will call after returning, but after that no call came.
