Dehradun: Students of GB Pant Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ghurdauri, located in Pauri, are making new records year after year. The students who have studied from here are serving in big companies of the world. Now here comes another good news. Vrinda Gupta, who studied in the institute, has been selected in the international company Microsoft. Microsoft company has appointed Vrinda on a package of Rs 47 lakh per annum. Vrinda Gupta is a resident of Dehradun. She is a final year student of B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering at GB Pant Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ghurdauri. His family lives in Ballupur, Dehradun. Vrinda’s father PK Gupta is a businessman, while mother Ritu Gupta is a housewife. Vrinda did her studies in Dehradun itself. He passed high school from Ann Marie School in the year 2016.

In the year 2018, he passed the intermediate examination. Presently she is pursuing her B.Tech from GB Pant Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ghurdauri. Training and Placement Officer of the institute, Dr. Manoj Panda told that Brinda, a student studying in the institute, has been selected in the international company Microsoft on an annual package of 47 lakhs. He told that Vrinda was earlier selected on LinkedIn on an annual package of 23 lakhs. College students are making new achievements every day. Several steps have been taken after reviewing the policies and measures to increase the placement rate of students in the Institute. On the selection of Vrinda, the Director of the Institute, Professor Y Singh, Registrar Prof. VN Kala, Dean Academic Prof. AK Gautam, Training and Placement Coordinator Dr. Abhishek Gupta extended his best wishes. On behalf of the state review team, many congratulations to Vrinda for her bright future.
