Campaign to make Ayushman card will run till 30 September in Uttarakhand

More than 47 lakh 44 thousand Ayushman cards have been made across the state. In this, more than 5.22 lakh beneficiaries have received free treatment.

A special campaign will be launched by the State Health Authority to make Ayushman cards in Uttarakhand till 30 September. In this campaign, cards of the missing members of old families will also be made along with new families. So that they can get free treatment facilities up to five lakhs.

State Health Authority Chairman DK Kotia says that till now more than 47 lakh 44 thousand Ayushman cards have been made across the state. In this, more than 5.22 lakh beneficiaries have received free treatment. The government has spent about Rs 880 crore on this free treatment.


Ayushman card will be made like this

Families where one member’s Ayushman card has been made and the rest of the members have not made the card, then they can get their card made by presenting their family’s previously made Ayushman card in the CSC center, Arogya Mitra present in the hospital, other agency UIT. If the beneficiary has not brought the Ayushman card to his family for any reason, then in such a situation, he can get the card made by providing a photocopy of the Ayushman card and his photo on WhatsApp. Ayushman cards can be made even after presenting the number of Ayushman cards made earlier.

If the Ayushman card was made on the basis of the ration card, then in such a situation, the Ayushman card of the remaining members of the family can be made even after presenting the ration card number. Families whose Ayushman card has not been made for any member. Their Ayushman card will be made on the basis of the ration card made under the National Food Security Act. It is necessary to have the name of the member making the card in the ration card. While making the Ayushman card, the number of the ration card will have to be given by presenting the ration card. If a family does not have a ration card and the name of the beneficiary is available in the Socio-Economic Caste Census database, then its Ayushman card will be generated.
