In the investigation of the district administration and forest department of Uttarkashi, the resort of Hakam Singh has been found to be illegal. It was ready to be destroyed immediately. But the administration at the local level did not agree to give any JCB. After this, Hakam’s wife went to the High Court to stop the resort from being demolished.

The High Court refused to stop breaking the resort. Sources in the Chief Minister’s Office say that DM Uttarkashi Abhishek Ruhela has arranged for JCB to demolish Hakam’s resort.
