UPSC Result: Nainital’s Shailja Pandey became IAS by securing 61st rank, these promising also got success
Union Public Service Commission Civil Services Exam Result has been declared. Nainital’s Shailja Pandey has got the 61st rank. Shailja Pandey is the daughter of Deep Chandra Pandey, Chief Engineer of Energy Corporation and Dr Shobha Pandey at BD Pandey Hospital Nainital. Shailja had topped the district in high school and intermediate examinations. Presently she is taking training of Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IAAS) in Ahmedabad.
Deep Chandra Pandey told that in the Civil Services Examination of Shailja, 61st rank has come in All India. Shailja did her engineering in Electric and Electronics from NIT Hamirpur. After getting selected in the Indian Audit and Accounts Service, she is undergoing training in Ahmedabad. He passed High School in 2011 and Intermediate in 2013 from St Mary’s Convent School, Nainital. She was the topper in both the examinations and her name is included in the roll of merit list of the school. Originally from Majhera (Prempur) Garampani, Nainital resident Shailja’s family currently lives in Lower Danda Compound Zoo Road, Nainital. Deep Chandra Pandey’s son, Reality Pandey, has also done engineering from Electrical and Electronics.
She got success due to discipline, self-confidence, Shailja said that she has achieved success only because of dedication, hard work, discipline, self-confidence. He said that self-confidence is the first thing in the youth preparing for competitive examinations. Your special focus should be on the area you are preparing for. Continuous study is necessary but one should decide what to read and how to study. Focus on the subject matter. It is important to be disciplined throughout the studies and during the competitive exam. Behind my success are my parents, maternal grandmother Revati Lohani, maternal grandfather. There is also the blessings of Puran Chandra Lohani and aunt Hema Lohani.
