PM Modi leaves for Dehradun by helicopter

Prime Minister Modi has left for Dehradun by helicopter from the airport. PM Modi will inaugurate the conference shortly from now. At the same time, the appearance of the FRI campus has changed for the investor conference. The main gate of Chakrata Road has been decorated for the guests coming for the investor conference. As soon as you enter inside, photographs, posters, and flex related to the investor conference have been put up on both sides of the road. The grounds just in front of the main building of FRI have been given the shape of a mini city. Different activities will take place in this city divided into four zones.

The government has set up a mini city on the historic Forest Research Institute (FRI) campus for the investor conference in Dehradun. It is divided into four zones, in which different activities will run at the same time in each zone.

Union Home Minister will conclude

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will conclude the conference on Saturday. Grand preparations have also been made by the government and the organization to welcome him. With the inspiration and guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we are moving towards making the decade of Uttarakhand. Preparations for the conference have been completed. The event is being organized with the aim of making Uttarakhand a new investment destination.

  • MoUs worth Rs 27,975 crore were signed in road shows in Dubai and the United Kingdom.
  • MoUs worth Rs 95,525 crore were signed in Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Mumbai.
  • MoUs worth Rs 27,476 crore signed in Rudrapur.
  • MoU worth Rs 37,820 crore was signed in Haridwar.
  • MoUs worth Rs 40,000 crore signed in the Energy Conclave.

MoUs worth Rs 3 lakh crore, grounding of Rs 44 thousand crore

According to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, so far three lakh crore rupees worth of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) have been signed for investment in various sectors in the state. Of these, an investment of Rs 44 crore is ready for grounding.

Small town set up for the conference

A small town has also been set up for the conference. MOUs continued to be signed till a day before the conference. MoUs worth more than Rs 12 thousand crore were signed on Thursday.

House of Himalayas becomes brand of Uttarakhand

Additional Secretary Rural Development Nitika Khandelwal said, House of Himalayas has become the brand name of Uttarakhand. Like Tata or other companies have a name and various products come in the market. In the same way this brand name will work. All products will carry the House of Himalayas tag with their identity, he said.

Apart from seven cabinet ministers of the state government, Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan, Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey, Mansukh L Mandaviya will also participate in the conference. Ambassadors of many other countries including Spain, Slovakia, Nepal, Cuba, Greece, Austria, Japan, Saudi Arabia are also likely to attend the conference. The state government has made grand preparations for the investors’ conference. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami reached the venue on Thursday and examined the preparations.

Investors from the country and the world will gather in the capital Dehradun today to make Uttarakhand a prosperous decade. The second two-day global investors conference of the state government will start from Friday to garner industrial investment. PM Narendra Modi will inaugurate the investor conference in the presence of more than five thousand investors and representatives at the Forest Research Institute (FRI).
