By Sagay Raj: A man was caught stealing women’s innerwear and masturbating on the terrace of a house at the Vidhana Soudha Layout near Laggere in Bengaluru. The man was caught during the act on a surveillance camera.

According to sources, the unidentified man used to visit the locality on the pretext of renting a house.

They said he allegedly recorded videos of women taking showers in their washrooms.

However, no case has been registered so far at the Rajgopal Nagar Police Station or Nandini Layout Police Station.
