Dr NK Arora, co-president of INSACOG appealed to the people not to take the booster dose now. Because it will not be included in the corona certification.
Policy document will be public soon
According to the report of ‘Times of India’, Dr NK Arora said that we have been preparing a policy document in this regard for the last three weeks and it will be made public soon. Let us inform that INSACOG is a setup of 28 labs, which monitors different variations of SARS-CoV-2. Significantly, there is a debate going on on the third dose of the vaccine to completely eliminate the effect of the corona virus.

At the same time, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said that the discussion on the third dose of the vaccine is inevitable, but the government will take a decision based on the opinion of experts. He further said, ‘Our first goal is to give both doses of corona vaccine to everyone. I don’t think the government will take any direct decision regarding the third dose. It will be based on what ICMR and other expert teams recommend. The Health Minister also clarified that there is sufficient stock of vaccine in the country.
Government’s plan will be mentioned
Dr Arora said that the policy document of the third dose may come out in the next 10 days. The document will mention the government’s plan regarding the third dose, as well as who can be given the third dose first. He further said, ‘We are making 30-35 crore doses every month and there is no shortage of vaccines. But this does not mean that the vaccine should be administered without any meaning.

He warned the people that do not rush to get the booster dose done at all. Dr Arora said that many scientific research has also been included in the policy document. Two doses of the vaccine have been effective so far in the fight against Corona, so there is no point in applying boosters unnecessarily.
