Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami flagged off five electric AC buses. CM said that travel will be easier and cheaper with smart buses. Soon 15 more buses will be added.

CM Pushkar Dhami has said that electric AC buses of Smart City will be helpful in realizing the dream of making Doon a clean city-green city. So far 15 such buses have been included in the fleet of Smart City.15 more buses will join it soon. He said that smart buses would not only make travel easier and cheaper, but it would also reduce pollution. On Thursday, the CM flagged off five electric AC buses from Rangers Ground to the airport route after offering prayers. He sat on the bus with Urban Development Minister Premchand Agarwal. 

CM said people have got trouble due to the works of Smart City. The problems of the people increased in the rainy season. Work got delayed due to elections, but we are determined to make the city smart. Electric buses will be effective in balancing the ecology-economy.CM said, we are working in Uttarakhand according to the thinking of PM Narendra Modi. According to Dhami, this time 29 lakh devotees came to Chardham, this is a record.
