The result of the 10th examination of Uttarakhand Board has shown that the daughters of the hills are in no way less. The performance of the daughters has been better than the boys for the third consecutive time.
In the Uttarakhand Board High School examination, Priyanshi Rawat from the hills has not only topped the state by scoring 100% marks but has also broken all the records in UP and Uttarakhand board examinations so far. Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat talked to Priyanshi and congratulated her for this success and said, she has brought laurels to the state.
The result of Uttarakhand Board’s 10th examination has shown that the girls of the hills are in no way inferior. The performance of girls has been better than boys for the third time in a row. Priyanshi Rawat, a student of JBS Government Inter College Gangolihat Pithoragarh, has broken all previous records by securing the top position in the combined merit list and has registered her name among the girls who scored the highest marks in Uttarakhand’s 10th board examination.
Priyanshi has created a record by scoring 500 out of 500 marks in the 10th board examination, while last year Sushant Chandravashi of Tehri Garhwal topped with 99 percent marks. Secondary Education Director Mahavir Singh Bisht says that the Uttarakhand Board was formally constituted in 2002. Priyanshi Rawat has the highest marks among those who scored marks on the basis of merit since the formation of the Uttarakhand Board, which has broken all the records of board examinations so far.
He said this is the first time that a female student has scored 100% marks in the 10th board examination on the basis of merit. Prachi of Sitapur scored 98.50% marks in the 10th examination result released by the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education on April 20 this year.
Girls have been shining continuously for three years
In the 2022 examination of Uttarakhand Board, the pass percentage of girls was 84.06 and that of boys was 71.12. In 2023, the pass percentage of girls was 88.94 and that of boys was 81.48, while this year the pass percentage of girls was 92.54 and that of boys was 85.59 percent. This is the result of my regular study of four hours. In the future, I want to serve the country by doing NDA and becoming an officer in the army.
