Kargil Vijay Diwas 2023 Tributes were paid to the martyrs of Uttarakhand on Kargil Vijay Diwas. In Dehradun, Governor Lt Gen Gurmeet Singh (Seni) paid tribute to the martyrs at the Shaurya Sthal in Chirbagh. The program is also being organized at the Martyr’s Memorial located at Gandhi Park. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Sainik Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi, etc. will be present.
