Shivani Rawat, daughter of the late Anand Rawat from Kae Post Nakholi, Narayanbagad, Chamoli, has been battling for her life at Graphic Era Hospital, Selaqui since March 29, 2023. Around 10 a.m., she met with an accident as she was getting off a bus. The bus driver moved the bus before Shivani could fully disembark, causing her to fall onto the road and sustain a head injury. The police rushed her to Shubharti Hospital, from where she was referred to Graphic Era Hospital.

Shivani underwent a major operation last night, and the next 72 hours are critical. Doctors have informed that another operation may be required later, and the estimated cost ranges from 10 to 20 lakhs, which could increase further. The financial situation at home is also not stable. Shivani Rawat is the eldest sister in the family, who had recently started working in Dehradun.
