Uttarakhand: The body of a teenage girl was found hanging from a fan in her room in a Kotwali colony in Kichha on Sunday morning. Police reached the spot after receiving information and sent the body for post-mortem.

Upon this, her mother snatched her mobile. After this, the mother came down to the room and the girl locked her room from inside.

When she did not wake up for a long time in the morning, her mother went to wake her up. When he did not open the room even after calling, the family broke the door fearing something untoward. The girl was found hanging from the fan in the room. The police arrived after receiving the information and sent the body for post-mortem.
