NEET UG 2023: Result date, expected cut-off and counselling schedule — All FAQs answered

The Ministry of Education recently released the list of best medical, dental and pharmacy colleges in India in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2023. As per the list, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi ranked first amongst all MBBS/medical colleges in India. AIIMS Delhi also ranked sixth amongst all colleges in the overall category.

Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh came second, followed by Christian Medical College, Vellore. National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore, Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPGMER), Puducherry secured fourth and fifth rank among medical colleges.

Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, Chennai came first among dental colleges, followed by Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal and Dr DY Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune came at second and third places respectively.

National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Hyderabad bagged the first spot in the best pharmacy colleges list followed by Jamia Hamdard, Delhi at second place and Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani at the third place.
