After this, Robin Bisht and Yusuf Pathan also continued with low scores. Whereas other team players also could not show any significant impact and the team was reduced to a score of 122 runs after losing eight wickets.

Not even half the stadium could be filled

However, cricket lovers from other cities including Doon also came to watch the match. Even the spectators who came had to wait for hours at the main gate. As soon as the gate opened before the start of the match, a stampede broke out.

The audience remembered Watson along with Dhoni and Sachin.
During the match, the spectators remembered Sachin Tendulkar, known as the God of Cricket, Captain Cool Mahendra Singh Dhoni, and Australian player Shane Watson. The audience shouted slogans for the three players.

Players’ faces pale after seeing the condition of the field
A cricket match was played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium after a year. The players were shocked to see the condition of the ground prepared for Legends League cricket. Mud spots were seen at many places in the field. After sensing the ground, the players did not take much leap for fielding. Patches of new grass have been installed on the field which look different. Like the West Pavilion, a patchwork of mud was also seen near the boundary. The stadium pitch has been prepared in 25 days for the Legends League. Earlier, huge grasses were growing on the ground here. Last year also the condition of the ground was similar. This kind of situation is arising due to a lack of regular maintenance of the grounds. This is tarnishing the image of the stadium.
