Case filed against Mahant of Shiv Shakti Dham Dasna for giving hate speech

Recently, Mahant Yati Ramswaroopanand Giri gave a speech at the Press Club, Dehradun, the video of which had gone viral. Senior Superintendent of Police Ajay Singh said that as per the orders of the Supreme Court, the police took suo motu cognizance of this video and conducted an investigation.

A case has been registered against Mahant Yati Ramswaroopanand Giri of Shiv Shakti Dham Dasna Ghaziabad in the case of giving hate speech. After registering the case at Dalanwala police station, the police started investigating the matter. It is said that Mahant gave this speech at a press conference organized by the Press Club.

Senior Superintendent of Police Ajay Singh said that a video of him giving hate speech was going viral. As per the orders of the Supreme Court, the police took suo motu cognizance of this video and conducted an investigation. During the investigation, it was found that the video is of Mahant Yati Ramswaroopanand Giri of Shiv Shakti Dham Dasna Ghaziabad.

Recently he reached Press Club Dehradun to hold a press conference. He had made objectionable remarks against a particular community. In this case, a case has been registered in Dalanwala police station on the complaint of Sub Inspector Devendra Gupta.
