Uttarakhand CM Dhami launches ‘CM Darpan Dashboard 2.0

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reviewed the CM Helpline and said that maximum resolution of complaints should be a priority. He said that currently 60 percent of the problems are being solved but a target should be set to solve 80 percent of the problems by March 2024. In the review meeting held at the Secretariat on Tuesday, it was told that from May 9, 2023 to January 22, 2024, a total of 95573 complaints were registered, out of which 60 percent were resolved satisfactorily. The Chief Minister said that there are some complaints which sometimes cannot be resolved despite finding practical solutions. In such a situation, the department must communicate with the complainants.

Instructions given to review complaints

It should be ensured that the complaint is not closed unilaterally. Before this the complainant should be completely satisfied. He also directed all departmental secretaries to regularly review the complaints received on the helpline.

It was told in the meeting that continuous communication is being done with the public regarding the complaints. In this, maximum 52.93 percent people were contacted in Dehradun, 35.06 percent in Chamoli and 34.77 percent in Haridwar. It was informed in the meeting that the Chief Minister Janasmarpan Tehsil Diwas portal has been started.

Chief Minister spoke to the complainants on phone

During the meeting, the Chief Minister also spoke to the complainants on phone. Amit, a resident of Roorkee, said that he had complained about the rejection of the filing, which has now been resolved. Another complainant Mahavir said that he had complained regarding street lights which has been resolved.

Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi, Anand Baddhan, Vice Chairman of State Infrastructure Monitoring Council Vishwas Dabur, Director General of Police Abhinav Kumar, Principal Secretary RK Sudhanshu, Secretary R Meenakshi Sundaram, Vinay Shankar Pandey, Shailesh Bagoli, Radhika Jha, Pankaj Pandey, BVRC Purushottam were present in the meeting. And Director General Information Banshidhar Tiwari was also present.

Solar panels should be made mandatory in government offices

In the meeting, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami gave instructions for mandatory installation of solar panels in all government offices. Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s solar panel scheme for one crore people, he said that it should be made mandatory in big commercial buildings also. He instructed all the authorities to comply with this while passing the map.

By the year 2025, all departments should implement a model plan.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that it is a collective responsibility to include Uttarakhand as a leading state. The Prime Minister has said that the third decade will belong to Uttarakhand. He said that in the year 2025, when the state will be celebrating its silver jubilee, every department must implement its model plan before that.

Effective arrangements should be made to connect local products to the market.

He said that in this regard, effective arrangements should be made to connect local products to the market.
