The value of the property should be one and a half times the loan
A property worth one and a half times more has to be mortgaged than the amount of loan to be taken. Which should be one and a half times the circle rate. In the last few years, loans were given on the basis of very low security and many times on the basis of fake papers without security. Which later became difficult to recover.
Administration approval will have to be taken on loans above 1 crore
In such cases, preparations are now being made to stop strictly. A guideline is being made that before sanctioning loans above one crore, the approval of the government will have to be taken.

The bank manager was suspended by MD Neeraj Belwal for releasing Rs 8.5 crore without the approval of the MD. However, the court later revoked the suspension, giving relief to the manager. On the other hand, Cooperation Minister Dhan Singh Rawat said that the process of giving loans from banks is being made more transparent. Arrangements will be ensured to get approval from the registrar and the government level for the approval of loans above one crore.
The file from the section did not reach the secretary
The file of action in District Co-operative Bank Recruitment fraud has been dumped in the government. Based on the inquiry report a week ago, the action file was forwarded to the cooperative section. Which has not yet reached the Secretary Cooperative. There was a discrepancy in the recruitment of 423 Class IV posts in Dehradun, Srinagar, and Pithoragarh District Co-operative Bank. Banks had fixed the rules of recruitment at their level, apart from the fixed recruitment process. The numbers were rigged, due to which the entire merit was changed.
In this case, Joint Registrar Neeraj Belwal Inquiry Committee submitted a very strict report to the government. On October 3, this inquiry report was given to the Secretary of Cooperative BVRC Purushottam. The Secretary was directed to prepare the file for action by sending this report to the section within just a few hours. Now even after a week, this file could not reach the office of the Secretary Cooperative. At the same time, Secretary Cooperative BVRC Purushottam says that as soon as the file reaches, a decision will be taken on it immediately.
81 crore loan sanctioned without guarantee
State co-operative banks and five district co-operative banks together sanctioned a total loan of 81 crores for a resort.56 crore loan was sanctioned to the first resort. The installments of this loan were also not paid on time. Even after this, another loan of 25 crores was sanctioned again. Out of this sanctioned loan, 8.5 crores was disbursed without the approval of MD.
