Trial run of Vande Bharat Express to be inaugurated on 25th
Vande Bharat Express Train trial from Dehradun News: This train running from Doon will be the 18th Vande Bharat train in the country. The train is scheduled to run regularly between Dehradun and Delhi from May 28.
Vande Bharat train running between Dehradun to Delhi was successfully trialed on Tuesday. The train left Delhi’s Anand Vihar Terminal at 6 am and reached Dehradun railway station at 10.30 am. Then after cleaning and inspection, the train left Doon at 2.05 pm with the staff. Vande Bharat reached Anand Vihar railway station at exactly 6.30 pm.
Narendra Modi will flag off through a virtual medium. The train is scheduled to run regularly between Dehradun and Delhi from May 28. Earlier on Tuesday, this train with eight coaches was trialed between Delhi and Dehradun. After reaching Dehradun Railway Station from Delhi at 10.30 am, Chief Loco Pilot Chhatrapal Singh and Assistant Loco Pilot Deepak Thakur left for Delhi by taking this train from platform number two of Doon Railway Station at 2.05 pm.
For this, they were already issued passes. The trial run of the train was done via Saharanpur Junction. According to the officials, the train has been seen running at the prescribed speed. During this, its speed, shocks, brakes, pickup, electronic components, computer system, etc. were tested at various places on the track.

Platform number two of Doon has been decorated for the inauguration of the Vande Bharat train. Trains kept coming here during the day. But, before getting down from the train, the passengers reached to see this beautiful train before reaching the gate. Every interested person was allowed to board the train until an hour before the trial. Some were sitting in the loco pilot cabin and taking selfies on the train.
