Chardham Yatra 2021: Uttarakhand Chardham Devasthanam Management Board’s media in-charge Dr. Harish Gaur told that the date of closure of the doors of Badrinath Dham for winter has been announced on Friday on Vijayadashami.
Now less time is left for Chardham Yatra. Next month the doors of all the four Dhams will be closed for the winter season. The doors of Badrinath Dham will be closed on November 20 for the winter season. Its formal announcement has been made on Friday on Vijayadashami. The doors of Kedarnath and Yamunotri Dham will be closed on November 6 on Bhaiya Dooj. At the same time, the doors of Gangotri Dham will be closed on November 5 on the day of Govardhan Puja.

The doors of Gangotri Dham will be closed on November 5 at 11:45 am on the holy festival of Annakuth. At the same time, the doors of Yamunotri Dham will be closed on Bhaiya Dooj on November 6 at 12.30 pm. After the closure of the doors, in winter, the Bhog idol of Ganga Maa will be seen in her maternal village Mukhba and Mother Yamuna will be seen in her winter temples located in Kharshali.
The doors of Tungnath will be closed on 30 October and Madmaheshwar on 22 November
The doors of the second Kedar Lord Madmaheshwar will be closed for the winter season on November 22 at 8.30 am in Scorpio ascendant. While the Madmaheshwar fair will be held on November 25 on the arrival of Doli. The doors of the third Kedar Tungnath will be closed for the winter on Saturday 30 October at 1 pm.
