By Pankaj Khelkar: An IT engineer killed his wife and son and died by suicide in Pune’s Aundh, police said on Wednesday. The man has been identified as Sudipto Ganguly (44) who worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Police said there were marks on the faces of the wife, Priyanka Ganguly (40) and the son Tanishk Ganguly (8) which suggest that they were suffocated by a plastic sheet. The man was found hanging inside his house in Pune’s Aundh area.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Shashikant Borate said an investigation is underway to determine the motive behind the crime.
