Heavy waterlogging in Lalkuan railway station of Nainital

Due to continuous rain for three days in Uttarakhand, normal life is disrupted. Due to heavy rains, many trains have been affected due to waterlogging at Lalkuan railway station in Nainital, due to which passengers are facing many problems. There is waterlogging on the railway track. Due to this Sampark Kranti going to Delhi has been stopped at Kathgodam.

Jagran correspondent, Lalkuan. Due to heavy rains, many trains have been affected due to water logging at Lalkuan railway station. Due to this passengers are facing problems.

Due to continuous rain for the last three days, the water of Tanda forest reached Lalkuan railway station via the Kashipur railway line, due to which all the railway tracks got submerged in water. As a result, the train coming from Lucknow to Kathgodam has been stopped at Kichha. Apart from this, the demo train coming from Bareilly has also been stopped at Pantnagar.

The passenger train coming from Gulbarghoj has been stopped in Tanda forest. Sampark Kranti Express going to Delhi has been stopped in Kathgodam itself. Lalkuan station master Pushkar Singh Rana said that due to waterlogging in the railway station, all trains have been suspended since 6 am till now.
