Haldwani Bees attack, 60 people stung.

On Tuesday, bees attacked pedestrians and bike riders near Coltax Kathgodam in Haldwani.  During this period, about 60 people became victims of bee attacks. Three seriously injured people have been admitted to the base hospital.

On Tuesday, bees attacked pedestrians and bike riders near Coltax Kathgodam in Haldwani. Due to the attack of bees, many people lay down on the road, some went into hiding and hid. This created a jam situation on the road. During this period, about 60 people became victims of bee attacks. Three seriously injured people have been admitted to the base hospital.

According to eyewitnesses, there was a hive of bees on a tree behind the hotel adjacent to Coltax Canal Covering Road. It is being told that someone threw a stone into the hive. Due to this the swarm of bees became aggressive. Bees attacked people from Canal Covering Road to Nainital Road.

People started running here and there, many lay down on the road to save their lives, while some entered nearby shops and somehow saved themselves from the bees. The bees badly stung Pranay, Kanchan, and Akash, residents of Kusumkheda. Passers-by saved all three and took them to the base hospital. Dr. Harshit Joshi of Base Hospital said that the condition of all three is fine. All three have been admitted for observation.
