BJP leader accused of rape faces big problems
BJP leader Mukesh Bora’s troubles are increasing. After a female employee resident of Lalkuan has made allegations of rape, now the matter of harassment of another female employee is coming to light.
A month ago, a female employee posted in Uttarakhand Co-operative Dairy Federation (UCDF) accused BJP leader and Nainital Milk Producers Cooperative Union President Mukesh Bora of harassment. The victim had given a written complaint about the matter to UCDF officials. However, officials are talking about conducting an investigation.
BJP leader Mukesh Bora’s troubles are increasing. After a female employee resident of Lalkuan made allegations of rape, now the matter of harassment of another female employee is coming to light. There is a training center of UCDF in Lalkuan where milk producers are trained. Last August, during the training here, Mukesh Bora quarreled with a female worker. After this, the female worker made a written complaint against Mukesh Bora to the UCDF officials.
He was also accused of harassment. UCDF officials did not take any action on the complaint given a month ago. Besides, the matter also remained buried in the department. Director of the Dairy Development Department, Dr. Sanjay Khetwal said that the matter is under cognizance. An investigation is being started on the complaint letter given by the woman.
Police have not been able to arrest BJP leader Mukesh Bora and his driver Kamal Belwal even 48 hours after the case was registered. According to police sources, the police will soon interrogate the woman again. After this, the police can increase the sections in the case. Evidence is being continuously collected by the police. According to the lawyer of the victim woman, in statement 164 recorded by the Magistrate, the victim has made many serious allegations against the accused Mukesh Bora. On the other hand, CO Lalkuan Sangeeta said that the matter is being investigated. On Tuesday, the police had called the woman for investigation but she could not come due to some reasons. The woman has been called again for examination on Wednesday.
