19th August, Dehradun – The vivacious spirit of art and culture came alive at Doon International School Riverside Campus as it proudly hosted the grandeur of Euphoria 2023, an inter-school Art and Cultural Festival on 19th August. Drawing students from across the region, this vibrant event was a melting pot of creativity, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories.
Euphoria 2023 was an immersive cross-cultural festival that ignited the spark of learning and growth through a medley of captivating events. From the innovative ‘Dimensional Vision’ to the intricate ‘Folding Wonders: The Origami Challenge,’ and the inspiring ‘Creative Constructs: Theme-Based Modelling Showcase,’ the festival encompassed a diverse range of activities. Enthusiastic participants also took the stage in the rhythm-filled ‘Dance Delight’ and battled it out in ‘The Battle of Rock Bands.’ The artistic prowess of the students shone brightly in ‘Expressions: The Mono Acting Showcase’ and ‘Impressions: The Poster Making Competition.’
Adding a star-studded touch to the festivities, the event was graced by the presence of the eminent Indian country music icon, Mr. Bobby Cash. Known for his soulful melodies and evocative lyrics, Mr. Cash’s appearance brought an extra layer of glamour and inspiration to the event. His musical talent and performance resonated with the youthful crowd, leaving an indelible mark on their hearts.

A panel of distinguished judges including Mr. Vinay Chanana, Ms. Shiwani Rawat, Mr. Vishal Shodh, Ms. Pratibha Srivastava, Ms. Anjali Rawat, Mr. Suchit Ashtekar, Mr. Harshit Lent their discerning expertise to evaluate the performances. They were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of talent showcased by the young participants. Each display of creativity and skill served as a testament to the potential of the youth, affirming the need for platforms like Euphoria to nurture and propel them toward greater accomplishments.
The event saw the participation of twenty schools, each contributing to the vibrant tapestry of Euphoria 2023. The energetic atmosphere, pulsating with creative energy, reverberated with applause, laughter, and the joyful exchange of ideas. The collaborative spirit fostered by the event transcended competitive boundaries, fostering camaraderie and lasting connections among the students.
Amidst the celebration and competition, it was THE TONSBRIDGE SCHOOL that emerged as the ultimate victor, earning the prestigious title of Overall Champion of Euphoria 2023. Principal Mr. Dilip George extended his heartfelt congratulations to the winners and participants alike. He expressed deep gratitude to the students, staff, and Heads of the participating schools for their wholehearted engagement and active involvement in making Euphoria 2023 an awe-inspiring success.
