Students studying in colleges of hilly districts will now do digital marketing, and learn drone technology, and cyber security. With the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, ITDA has started preparing for this. 10 thousand youth will be proficient in more than seven IT disciplines.

In the plain cities, there are many institutes available to the youth to do these modern courses, but there is a huge shortage of them in the hilly districts, hence the government has come up with this scheme, especially for the students doing graduation and post-graduation in the hilly districts.

IT department officials say that all the calc computer centers of ITDA are located across the state. These short-term courses will be conducted through them and through all the government degree colleges. For this, an MOU will soon be signed with the Higher Education Department. The special thing is that the student will not have to go anywhere to do this course.

Instead, IT experts in their own college will provide them with this course. Courses vary from 150 to 400 hours. Practical information will also be given to the students doing the course along with bookish information. For example, if someone wants to do a course on drone technology, then he will also be taught through drones.

The IT department has also made preparations that this course will also be made available to daughters working in self-help groups. With this, on one hand, their SHG group will be able to run better and on the other hand, they will be able to give a new height to their work through methods like digital marketing.
