Terrorists ambushed an army vehicle near Jenda Nallah in the Barnud area of ​​Badnota in the Billawar sub-district of Kathua. Five soldiers were martyred in the terror attack while some others were badly injured. Amid high alert and inputs of attack, the biggest terror attack in a month was carried out in Jammu & Kashmir.

Security agencies have been continuously receiving inputs for the last few days about attacks on security forces on the death anniversary of Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Burhan Wani. The family members are in bad shape crying due to this. 26-year-old Aadarsh ​​joined the army in 2018. His father Dalbir Singh Negi is a farmer in the village. Aadarsh ​​studied till 12th from Government Inter College Piplidhar. He joined Garhwal Rifles in 2018. During that time he was a student of second year BSc from Garhwal University. Adarsh ​​was the youngest of three siblings. The family got the news of his martyrdom late on Monday night.
