Five Uttarakhand soldiers Martyred in a Kathua terrorist attack

Five soldiers from Uttarakhand sacrificed their lives in the terrorist attack in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir. After this news, Devbhoomi is immersed in mourning. While the family members are in shock, mourning has spread in the homes and villages of the martyrs.
Terrorists ambushed an army vehicle near Jenda Nallah in the Barnud area of Badnota in the Billawar sub-district of Kathua. Five soldiers were martyred in the terror attack while some others were badly injured. Amid high alert and inputs of attack, the biggest terror attack in a month was carried out in Jammu & Kashmir.
Security agencies have been continuously receiving inputs for the last few days about attacks on security forces on the death anniversary of Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Burhan Wani. In such a situation, there was a high alert in the Kathua district also. There were instructions given to all the agencies to take precautions.
Rifleman Adarsh Negi, resident of Thati Dagar of Kirtinagar block, Naib Subedar Anand Singh, resident of Rudraprayag, Havildar Kamal Singh, resident of Lansdowne, Naik Vinod Singh, resident of Tehri Garhwal, Rifleman Anuj Negi, resident of Rikhnikhal, sacrificed their lives in the terrorist attack.
There is mourning in his house after the news. This news has spread like wildfire in the entire area. The family members are in bad shape crying due to this. 26-year-old Aadarsh joined the army in 2018. His father Dalbir Singh Negi is a farmer in the village. Aadarsh studied till 12th from Government Inter College Piplidhar. He joined Garhwal Rifles in 2018. During that time he was a student of second year BSc from Garhwal University. Adarsh was the youngest of three siblings. The family got the news of his martyrdom late on Monday night.
